Another highlight of the holiday home are the two spacious terraces, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. A private garden with barbecue area is also at your disposal. The nearest restaurants, bars and cafés are located at the foot of the hill, in the centre of Costa Rei, about a 14-minute walk away. Here you will also find supermarkets and other shopping facilities. The beach, which is almost ten kilometres long, can be easily reached on foot in about 16 minutes, or in 5 minutes by car. The island's capital, Cagliari, and the airport can be reached in about an hour by car. A garage is available for your car. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra fee.

The private outdoor area features a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower—ideal for relaxing with your family. The beach is located directly in front of the house.
